@Ben Gabin I know most people are starting to get your real estate license but one thing to consider is that if you get your license and even if you are not a practicing Realtor, you must disclose to everyone which includes any marketing materials (direct mail, signage, website, Facebook/Instagram ads, etc) that you are a licensed Realtor.
