@Ben Gabin I know most people are starting to get your real estate license but one thing to consider is that if you get your license and even if you are not a practicing Realtor, you must disclose to everyone which includes any marketing materials (direct mail, signage, website, Facebook/Instagram ads, etc) that you are a licensed Realtor.

I was lucky to have stumbled over a list of books on a Instagram post and decided to listen to them at work rather than listen to my usual country music.

Perhaps they too (those who do tell tales) should also LOSE THEIR LICENSE!
