Personal Finance Book Recomendations

My brother has a birthday coming up. He lives in Denver (go Broncos!!) and is currently a student. They both work and his wife currently makes a good living. They are in the process of fixing their credit. They have some debt that went to collections and have been diligent in paying it off. They want to buy a house in the next year or so as well as have another child. We talked about this last time I was in Denver and I believe they need some education on personal finance, budgeting, and real estate. My goal is to inspire them to make better financial decisions as they are super focused and work very hard but limited by their lack of financial education. They are avid readers so I want to send him a couple books that can help them achieve their goals. I can't think of a better community to look to for advise in this area. Thanks in advance for your recommendations!
