Hey,I'm about to put an offer to a condo in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

I am looking to buy my first rental investment property, and after analyzing the market where I live (Traverse City, MI) for some time, I’m thinking there are other places within an hour or so that may provide more bang for my buck.I’m considering two places, both located in a lovely little village near Lake Michigan about an hour from my primary residence.

I live and focus primarily in Greenwich.

Both the UIC area university village, bridgeport, Pilsen, and U of C area Hyde Park, kenwood and Bronzeville are rapidly rising due to the expected things being built around them

Ocala is more of a retirement focused area and popular due to it's proximity to the Villages. 

His specializes in income property in Long Beach and knows the market inside and out.I'm presently in escrow on a duplex in the Larchmonth Village area.

I just house hacked a 3flat in east humboldt park/UK Village and have been quite happy with the results. 

I live in the Village of Catskill, but realize "the Catskills" spans quite a distance.

I have used Sean O'Leary in East Greenwich for many years. 

I have a passion for a particular village which just so happens to be my hometown.
