There is nothing that is really new.Now, if you want to read fiction for entertainment go buy a guru book, but don't expect it to really "teach"

Question: I am entertaining the idea of living overseas for a year to travel as well as save some money because I won't be spending so much (Thailand is calling my name!). 

I guess what I still might the hung up on is if you are honest with the seller that you are wholesaling and tell them you have buyers that would be interested in buying, and the realtor would still get their commission, why wouldn't the seller at least entertain the idea.  

Every single podcast has been entertaining and I learn so much.   

Exactly the reasons (flip tax, no condos, rent control, ....on and on) you couldn't pay me to even entertain such a deal.

The authors story of how he became who he is it at a young age is rather intriguing as well, the book does not touch apron it but entertaining side note.Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller is fine read as well.

So be prepared to compensate an agent when figuring how much option consideration is needed.  3% + 3% is too much for me.I've never entertained active MLS listings as lead potential for LOs, but good to be thinking outside the box @Nghi Le.  

Just a random thing I thought I'd throw out the the Biggerpockets community: if you have access to Netflix check out a show called "Holmes Inspection Collection" I recently discovered it and I was struck by the amount of information I obtained in such an entertaining show.
