Hey Everyone,

I'm new to BP, and I wanted to introduce myself.  I have limited real estate experience, but I have spent the past few months reading books, listening to BP podcasts, and soaking all of it up like a sponge.  I have owned my home for 10+ years, and I've rented rooms through 7 tenants with great success.  Now, I'm prequalified with a lender, and I have strategy.  I have so many questions to help make sure I am starting off on the right foot, but I'll save those for another thread.  I am so excited to get to know people in the BP community, but more specifically in the South Jersey area!
