The Trump effect (driving up stock market values, causing declining bond values/rising interest rates), could affect mortgage rates on commercial properties soon...they have already risen nearly 500 bps on residential mortgages.

Any liens against the property because of the taxpayer are "trumped" by the tax sale.

Its like if Trump someday setup single-payer healthcare...die-hard Bernie supporters would still find something to hate about it (and vice-versa).
