The few that do might have requirements as such:- owner would need to have lived in the unit for 2 years first- owner only allowed to rent out unit for 1 year, then must come back to live in the unitDon't forget to allot money for maintenance/repairs inside your unit (broken dishwasher, refinish floors, stuff that will inevitably come up, etc.), so $415 is probably a bit inflated.

In your mind a property is purchased (as is) but, if it ends up in court then you will find (here in Washington) that "AS IS" is a term used for a personal item or something within the property like ( dishwasher or broken windows or carpets and most of the time appliances) are "AS IS".

On the right side of the duplex there is just 1 extra room in the basement.Each side also has all appliances minus dishwashers, hardwood/laminate floors besides carpet in the bedrooms that we just replaced, and wood fire fireplaces.We are wondering how much we should be charging for this, because it's not quite a normal city duplex.
