This service may not even exist as I’m only finding investment companies that provide turnkey services.Look in the BP book store and read David Greene's book on Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat.

I can't find what I want at the brick and mortar bookstores because I am reading advanced topics.Amazon had print format and kindle digital but not .pdf I am used to ordering a digital book online and saving and reading in .pdf.Does the Kindle digital reader app for Desk Top hog resources and constantly run in the background??

There's a good book in the BP bookstore or my personal favorite, "Every Landlord's Legal Guide" by NOLO.

( You will get some knowledge, along with different perspectives to "stir your ideas.")2) Decide why you want to invest in real estate.

Today, I can get as much out of actually going to a book store and reading for a bit for free as I can from most seminars.
