These same thermostats also have an auto temperature decrease function which brings the heat down to 68 degrees if the thermostat is not touched for 3 hours.

If you are operating as the PM for your properties or others, this is a good coverage to have.  3)  Hired & Non-owned Auto and Workers Compensation are good to have if you are acting as your own PM and directing 3rd party handyman, contractors and vendors on and off your property.

Luckily MN is a zero deductible state for auto glass so you probably won't have to worry about your tenant pursuing things from that end but having an invoice from the auto glass company to present to the management company may help your tenants case.Good luck!
