Kind of like if Amazon's new HQ came to L.A it wouldn't be as huge a deal for L.A as it would for a city like Cleveland or Detroit. 

Job growth and development is outstanding, Austal Shipbuilding, Airbus, A new Walmart distribution hub, a new Amazon distribution hub..

Amazon HQ2 would become an economic anchor for whatever MSA they choose to locate to. 

My goals consist of starting out with Single family (already have my first deal picked out, and in negotiations) then quickly moving into Multifamily and then growing it from there.I do my research and I'm always expanding my knowledge, I don't do anything with out full commitment and I'm looking for the same from a partner.I've always had a way of finding deals in my life (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Craigslist, etc. ) and I'm more motivated than ever to find them since being introduced to real estate investing. 

Im starting a meetup, opening an office and studio, and will be buying multifamily and development projects locally and in surrounding areas and Im looking to network with all kinds of people that are on similar paths.
