I really think this is unreasonable & I shouldn't be paying all these bills.

Is it unreasonable in the fertile markets to W/S and/or flip and actively bring in $15k to $20k/mo after 90 says or so of ramp up?

He said since I have a full time job, the hold period is going to be 3 yrs, and that the project is already built and will have a light value-add component he thought it wasn't unreasonable to classify it as capital gains although it wasn't a bulletproof argument.

Either way...I am not at fault here and I see it as being very unreasonable that my PM company make me pay.Side note---By default, whenever a property turns over the utilities get placed in the PM company's name.

It isn't unreasonable to ask for closing credits or $$ off the price if there are real quantifiable issues with the properties.
