I have been very fortunate over the years to work with thousands of investors who have unlocked their retirement savings and achieved much better returns in real estate, private lending, venture capital, etc.  

I didn't expect that, while during the show, I was not sure about the original state of the door lock as people visiting the house might unlock the door from inside, so before I left, I locked it for safety When they arrived home, they immediately sent an email asking me return to unlock that door for them, then less than 20 minutes, they sent another threatening email saying that if I didn't return timely, they would hire a locksmith to break the door lock and I would be responsible for the fee.

Once someone has a key to the main entrance, they can access the basement, where there is locked/unlocked storage and the laundry area, a typical Milwaukee 4plex.This non resident person has a key to the main entrance and a key to their tenant friend's apartment.Here is a picture of my building.

We were lucky and they moved out after a couple weeks and let me know the last day they would be there and left the door unlocked.

Fast forward 4 months, we find that while the first 3 months rent was sent on time, the 4th month rent was first told will be delayed, and when I pushed back, she communicated that she had moved out but there was someone living there who doesn't have a key but would leave a door or window unlocked to get in and out of the property.

Unfortunately I have come across this issue in the stare of Virginia and I will ask again for maintenance to unlock and open the wooden door 1 inch away from a in wall unit that may have gas heat all I know so far it is a one unit ac with heat.

I think they are all powerful components, but combined in the right ways and you unlock many advantages.An ideal strategy for someone with multiple properties is to first get a Series LLC to function as your holding company, which will hold each asset separate from the others.
