Look into joining the Triangle Real Estate Investor Association, the NC Real Estate Investor Association, and go to as many meetings as possible.

The Texas triangle of Dallas, Austin, Houston can be clearly seen on the map when it comes to cities with significant growth.

Between the universities, hospitals, and rapidly growing tech sector, I believe that the Triangle is an outstanding place to invest in MTRs.

You should definitely join TREIA (Triangle Real Estate Investors Association), and there’s a Bigger Pockets meetup in Raleigh one Wednesday evening each month. 

More business in Charlotte and the Triangle means more NC residents, which naturally means more vacationers along the coastline and in the mountains.
