How risky are there. being the one lending the money for three years

We have five doors on three properties in OK, all purchased as BRRRRs, starting in 2022.

Three are with my VA loan.

We would like our home year three to be FHA as well.

Rent the three extra bedrooms and get $2400/mo.

The low loan amounts may not help per each property but if someone will give you money to purchase all three and you'll have money for closing costs this could be a way to proceed
