I think I might be in for a scam, since I noticed suspicious transfers in title, both time-wise and price-wise. 4 transactions between January to June, which seems high.

What is more suspicious to you, some guy selling his property on ebay for cash, or some guy cashing in a bunch of bitcoins after having sold his property to some mysterious foreign entity... 

I would think it would be much more suspicious people mailing or dropping off checks for them to claim they paid when they did not. 

This area should be at a minimum 4" below the last corse of brick which will reveal the concrete foundation or cmu block depending on the process used to build the basement walls.Finally,In the first photo I would also be suspicious of the fact that there appears to be newer windows, facia, drip edge, and possibly a newer roof.
