Hi, I just upgraded to PRO membership last night.

I just ran a small survey on the area in question on CoStar and it's not very promising for the area.

Some people scoff at the costs of pre-license coursework, MLS and REALTOR memberships, and classes such as the GRI that I'm taking, but where else can one get this level of knowledge for $2000?  

Granted, I’m new to AirBNB but have done a ton of research into short-term rental and can offer some tips on dynamic pricing, calendar and property management, if you’d like :)What I’ve done is watch TONS of BP podcasts multiple times, signed up for a membership so I can use their calculator software, bought some books and done some networking...

We are down at 32 but I'm guessing it's because we're just too lazy to actually respond to surveys. 

Last time I called the police and he stated that he would accept a survey.

@Jimmy Ready The Pro membership of rentometer has a more detail summary of the comps by property type and addresses included. 

biggerpockets.com/pro just shows me my membership vs the other options.

Good points to update my underwriting to take into acct credits and survey the community.

PLUG numbers IE 600 foot of 8 inch sewer at 80 bucks a foot installed.. that kind of thing.there fee and then survey construction sign offs then post pre and post plat monumentation.. 5 to 10k up front can save you 100's of thousands on the back end..
