I can't wait to listen to all the great speakers scheduled

I’m biased towards that one (since I host it😉), but we do have great networking and speakers!

We have no speakers or agenda, just a bunch of people casually chatting REI.

I was listening to the Naked Notes podcast and one of the speakers mentioned that people in CA can do a Business Trust, where you use a SDIRA and SEP IRA to buy notes.

I jest, but on the serious side I did just sit in a Utah REIA meeting and hear the speaker say that the Utah market, and the Salt Lake City MSA in general, has been the fastest appreciating market in the US over the past 5 years. 

The meetings are free for 1st time visitors and after that we have a door cost at $10 a month to pay for the room we use and the speakers meals.

I just heard it from a podcast and the speaker said it was one of the ways they are using to get leads. 

This session has some networking, but they also bring a speaker in to share education on specific topics.

The invited guest speaker was a Realtor that did not require exclusivity and explained why it worked for him (answer: trust and repeat business).

Hi @Peter Kozlowski - check out Thrive REIA ... meetings are typically held in Walnut Creek and generally have a really good turnout and quality guests/speakers.
