Are there any experienced landowners or developers in the area who can give me some per-acre hard and soft costs to develop in our area right now (2021)?

I know there is a range, but for a four-plex for example of 4000-5000 square foot, what can I expect in hard + soft costs?

Hello, I am a new here, I am purchasing a triplex with current tenants that has been there for decades, after inspection we found out that the units are not safe to stay with many major issues, roof leaks, subfloor in bathrooms very soft, electrical panels that has been recalled decades ago and many other..... please let me know from your experience what is a shortage time frame I can remove tenants, or if they stay with standard 90 day notice how could I avoid the liability in case something happens. please advise..... thank you

We opened that side in late December with a soft opening with family and friends to get feedback on what needed to be changed, added or got rid of.

We own an STR near Bass Lake/Oakhurst and it's doing well even with the pandemic.

I did two things:  1) I stayed there myself for a week to see what I needed and then went out and got it. 2) I had two friends stay there as a soft opening and took their feedback at the end of the stay and went out and got what they suggested since they travel alot and are in STR's about 70% of the time. 

Let the listing agent counter and reject, it's not your job to be soft on the approach
