There are actually opportunities now in the Oahu market in this space, since rates are still high.

But since real estate is a different category than business services - is it best to create a DBA and new branding, etc?

This means occasionally meeting for lunch, phone calls to sincerely ask how they’re doing (with no mention of business), and taking an obvious interest in their success.

Typically agents will know a number of different lenders for various buyer circumstances which they can refer you to, but I always recommend talking to a couple lenders if possible since rates change, and not all lenders are equal. 

Just makes you wonder.I sincerely hope I have a chance to update this review in the next couple months with more positive feedback, but at this point, the experience has been so poor and the communication has been so unbelievably poor that I would rather opt for a lower return in a different market with a different 'turnkey' real estate provider than work with these guys again.To end on a positive note, they do have a lot of good information on their youtube videos that is worth a look as a lot of this info can be applied to real estate investing in general.  

Maybe it is working for you now, I sincerely hope it continues to.

In a way, I'm kinda glad to see that my 'competition' is so unfocused, uncouth, and overbearing (maybe it'll be a breath of fresh air when they run into wholesalers who care about them as a person, and sincerely want to help them get where they want to go?)
