I spent years advertising on CL and Zillow and found that 85-90% of the people didn't even read the ad....they just saw a unit was available that matched their price criteria and they called.........Just so I could explain to them that in the first two sentences of the ad it says, No smokers of any kind, no felonies or evictions ever, and your gross monthly income has to be 3.5x the rent.

Let me quote one sentence from it:"When I am incentivized to keep my money moving (after all, it is called currency for a reason) it benefits many people; who in turn benefit other people by spending the money that paid them."

At my level I will pay $995 for a single sentence, yes just a dozen words that solves a high dollar value problem. 

This book is full of numerous grammatical errors and broken sentence structure.Despite the high rating on Audible (100 out of 102 five-star ratings as of this post), they do not appear to be legitimate reviews and many are easily recognized as plagiarized from reviews posted elsewhere.
