Its really not that hard, the main thing is selecting the right tenant.

The first step tends to be getting your website dialed in for credibility.

@Yoana Yordanova at this point, it'd be surprising if the PMC wouldn't let you out of their contract with minimal cost.What websites does your property show up on when you Google the address?

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.
