Worcester has 90 miles, and 1000 segments of private roads in the City. 

I think it's mostly the taxes and cost of living, but I expect this trend to accelerate as the older segments of the population migrate to Florida and the like.

Nobody twisted your arm to rent out 3-grand-plus units and think of yourself as occupying a long-term viable market segment.

While my group continues to pursue storage opportunities, we are researching other niche segments for this reason.  

We also have a very large segment of government employees because many of Florida's government departments are headquartered here.

When you do this I highly suggest that you take new pictures also.A small one-bedroom is going to appeal only to a small segment of the market so you need to focus on that segment - students, single professionals (depending on your location).  

Hi you might want to consider some real estate securities in this market segment.

Also, many charge a mark up for specialty contractors.This just makes it tough to trust that segment. 

My goal is to find value add properties in either single/multi family or apartment building segment. 

Are your short-term rentals marketed towards vacationers or corporate/relocation-segments?
