This is really the only way to have it be hassle free for both you and your tenants (although there are times the plow truck driver doesn't show up just like any contractor).Sometimes you can get one of the tenants to do volunteer to do it for a cut off the rent but when they move out you're going to be scrambling to find another person who is willing to take on that task.

Considering the rent is only $100 under market, it's probably OK to keep her if the only issue is that she pays a bit late.A better way is to ask her if you were to postpone the due date to, say, 10th of each month, instead of the 5th, if she can 100% pay on time.I have a tenant who got paid on the 5th (on my due date), and he was scrambling trying to find me right after he got paid so it's not late a few times.
