-do I push to save the decks and try and reinforce them?

PVC costs about 10% more in our market and the top of the line KEE (a modified PVC with woven and sealed reinforcement is 30% higher. 

I read articles that would reinforce my thinking.  

And I believe all of them will need some kind of reinforcements to stick them to the wall.Please advise.
