I picked RE because I had a lot of practical knowledge and experience that I thought I could leverage to add value to my purchases.

I would love to hear insights from people who are doing higher marketing volumes and what high level strategies are working (I know you can't reveal all your tricks).The truth of the matter, is that since real estate investing and picking up houses for pennies on the dollar, now requires no money (except to pay the guy selling the program), no experience necessary and is guaranteed to make you rich, with little effort and no risk or problems, with immediate results, that now everybody is doing it.  ;-)

Pueblo is currently recreational river area near City Park.

Then as you pick up momentum you can look into bringing on a third party to help grow. 

If you are doing it alone, why not pick up a phone and call them and be like "hey" the lease notes rent is due the first, I know there is a grace period on this but I would appreciate it if you could make the payments on the first?

My first station was in Kings Bay Georgia, where I picked up the book Rich Dad, poor Dad, which kick started my real estate career.

Here are my thoughts:- MTR and STR would require furniture so I do need to pick a lane (LTR or MTR/STR).- We currently have STR and LTR in our portfolio so I'd like to try MTR.- We could furnish it and go for STR/MTR simultaneously, but we get occupancy near end of October, which isn't the best time for STR.

When I replied back to their email asking when I could pickup keys to assess the situation, she doesn’t respond to email, nor she pick the phone, nor responds to text.

@Jordan RegierA garage is definitely a benefit for storage, recreation area, etc.  

I usaually pick up on these things right away.
