Also, you can have the answering agent present themselves as your receptionist, over-flow call center, or whatever you'd like, so the callers think that your company employee answered.

For example, I understand its possible to have a prerecorded voice message from yourself and use it to do a mass followup to all of your previous callers, plus it goes straight to their voicemail and doesnt bother them with ringing.
