If it's a deal breaker, I would isolate sections of the house with an impermeable membrane, aka plastic sheeting and duct tape, and then see where the general location is...

We also had to replace the plastic shower/tub surround as it was cracked and had been caulked many times, and to insulate the basement to help save on her heating bill.This tenant and her family are the best, and we decided to spent what turned out to be over $3500.

The ones where they just put a plastic tub over the old and then adhere the plastic to all the walls of the shower.I'm just not sure what type of glue / epoxy I need to adhere to the plastic of the shower and the sheet rock of the wall.
