But we basically followed David Greene's advice for finding a realtor in Long-Distance Real Estate Investing.Here's a summary of what we were looking for:* An agent who has experience being a landlord/investor and so already shares our perspective (looks for opportunity rather than curb appeal)* An agent who knows the Alexandria area well* An agent who doesn't mind showing us many houses and writing a bunch of lower offers* An agent who doesn't mind sharing their opinion about a property being wrong for us so we can move on to the next oneThere are many great meetups here.

Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!

Time will tell in regard to the "170 SF"  I mean as far as the appliance are concerned Im budgeted at 25k per house , all I know is they are a year out , so I ordered them last week and put the deposit down.I hope to pre-sell one and my realtor seems to think the house is so original for that area that it will be sought out. 30 feet wide in Northern Liberties is unheard of, most are 20 feet wide, and if you saw the renderings, it has great curb appeal.
