I just went Kayaking down the Little Pigeon River through PF on Wednesday and was checking out the cabins along that river as I went ;)  I saw one listed today on the river near the parkway and I think they wanted 500k for it - 2 bed cabin.

Similar problem here is that the path trains to Manhattan are overcrowded and can't handle the influx of new residential development, and that's before the thousands of units are leased or sold that are still under construction.
