I just closed on a 23 unit mobile home park, almost all lot rentals.

I have heard of people driving the Homewood Suites or other longer term properties at night to see what trucks are parked there and calling those companies!  

RV parks, mobile home parks, house hack rentals and such are the way we are headed.  

We find that most travelers are looking for something easy and want one price and payment that includes rent, utilities, parking, etc. all in one.

Jay, yes, all fish in the national park are wild; there has been no stocking since the early 1970s.

It goes without saying that you should get the lease agreements as soon as possible so that you can have some transparency into the number of occupants, the rent, any agreements, utilities paid/not paid by the tenant, parking, storage, responsibilities like lawn/snow, expiration dates, special clauses, etc. 

So think walkable (bonus) or by public transportation, if not garage parking is a must for when they come home late.

The parks are now take a couple hours a week for management and people in the park are always willing to help out.
