Going forward, we will actually be able to run overlapping rehabs but I am not sure that we want to have houses on the market in the Dec/Jan timeframe.Although we are not going to accomplish 4 flips as planned, the first one has worked well so it is a solid start.

The added bonus is sometimes those policies actually overlap your building coverage.

I researched a property that was for sale by the COSL that was platted on top of another property...overlapping if that makes sense.

Apparently there is some overlapping in the property description with the property behind it, which may prevent the title company to provide title insurance.

I know if I get a new list I will have a ton of overlapping leads and that will be a waste of money.Also you're supposed to hit the same list several campaigns... so getting a new list means I have to start over.Does anyone have a bit of insight on this?
