He is comfortable right where he is right now - we have a house, we have good paychecks, he works at oil wells (Schlumberger) and he loves being outdoors (play in the mud type thing), he loves his co-workers, he has his wine hobby (he makes wine and recently started making beer), we are all healthy and, except for a not so good credit, we have no problems.

He asked me....is it better to stage the house or remove all the furniture.Since all of our properties were bought to be rentals, we have never "staged" a house....seems like a hassle to set up and tear down.But, seeing that the furniture is already in the house, I was curious what the BP community thoughts are.So......To stage or not to stage....that is the question. :)

I noticed a couple drove by and were looking at the house when I went by the property today - went to wrap outdoor pipes, it's getting into the 20s in Austin which means we all frantically begin preparing for the worst :)
