We're a pretty safe area and don't do night showings or anything high risk so none of them feel the need.

We have worked on improving the physical appearance and infrastructure of the park, updating the homes, getting a new sign, advertising it online, and creating a website (www.shadyacreshuntington.com).

That being said life isn't black and white if its keeping you up at night don't do it but I think you will be surprised at how easy and not scary it is once you pull the trigger.

If you just want the knowledge, sure, take the online classes and tests.
