As far as I know @Halee Mosley none of the county court houses in Napa, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa. or any other of the 54 counties have probate lists.BUT this is the webpage I use for new probate files in Sacramento and San Francisco counties: https://adtech.dailyjournal.co...To begin go to the top blue search bar and select Search ~ then go to Category and select PROBATE ~ in the Newspaper column select SAN FRANCISCO DAILY JOURNAL (For San Francisco County) or select THE INTER-CITY EXPRESS (for Alameda County)From is the date range for the current probate's that were filed this week.

If you owe 70k, this will give you 10k-that 10k would be what they will allow you to borrow against.Most HELOCS are 10 year draw periods, often interest only, and at the end of the 10 years it either converts to a standard amortized loan, or the balance is due in full.Be careful because almost all HELOC's are adjustable rates and track either prime or the Wall Street Journal!

I follow some market researchers that I gain access to through my bank, some local news through the Dallas Business Journal, and I'm about to start driving around (driving for dollars) in some areas that I've heard thrown around at my bank by some of the real estate lenders, but beyond that I don't know where else to gain some general market information and more insight into the politics of the city...any suggestions for a newbie on how to get educated in that respect?
