I am not throwing out blanket defenses of the city and it irritates me when I see people throw out blanket condemnation of the city.

It's very irritating and I thought I'd post about it.I'm working on a flip, which you can see HERE.

It irritates me when I receive those "handwritten" notes from cable companies, investment promoters, etc.

On the other hand, the times my boss called to give me a dumb assignment while on vacation were irritating. 

The reason being is that most older multi family construction will fall very short of modern code construction, and an irritated inspector could cost you thousands.

Yes some folks will be irritated with your call but its a numbers game and the more calls you make, the more appointments you set up then the more properties you will put under contract, then eventually the more profitable you will become.

they irritate me (and many others) more than you can understand. the KEY is to find one that really knows what he/she is doing.

. =)                   You can be spending your time showing them a lot of low end properties, writing below market offers, irritating fellow Realtors and their Clients with insulting offers.
