I saw that people mentioned Jefferson Lilly's Park Street and the fund run by the MHU founders in the past.

I've been in communication with their support team and they are working on getting a good number of requested features up and running in the next few months.

We Normally put steel posts nearby so no one runs into them.In the third picture one unit is just in front of the picture, then a second unit is at the far end on a post.These can be set off by deep fog, rain or sleet. 

I just head up and tell the dock guys and I leave with 10 or so.Sometimes guests take them with them as they are pretty cool and I just have more sitting to put out.

So like I am not going to run out and buy a bunch of lots in Lehigh acres or coral gables FLA which is saturated with new builds and un finished new builds were the  FOMO got going big time and builders have failed to execute and left investors high and dry.

They can't print the envelopes cheaply enough to make it worth while, so I would still run the envelope through the printer.

On the other hand, STR is a lot of work and with 3 kids you have to be realistic about how much time it will take to run and manage a 1 room hotel.
