I would pick areas like Toney, Harvest, Decatur, Athens, Hazel Green and Madison--(might be a bit pricey). 

I was a guest a while ago and now am in the harvest period on my apartment complexes I 1031 exchanged for etc…. from 2015-2019.

Another marketing trick is making potential guests feel like they can see themselves at your property.....The Pink Flamingo and Cool TropicalThe backyard is beautiful, and I would love to hang out there!

In another, smaller property I have a leather couch, cowhide rug and a pink armchair.

But its still a renewable resource you can still harvest private timber and you will be harvesting timber for the next 1,000 years if we are still all here  :)

Some of the brightest investors in the country  Harvard endowment  John Hancock etc. they are the number one owners and long term investors in Timberlands in the US.. there is no cash flow in timber.. there is own it hold it ( many times for 30 to 100 years) harvest it one time event and cash out..

Blue or pink tile bath?

I'm guessing most TK providers would be tickled pink to sell those deals if they could get them. 

When I look at global debt, the dollar crisis, the RETIREMENT crisis seems to be the big pink elephant in the room no one wants to discuss, I sit up in my chair a bit more... 

The color of buildings is light pink, and it gets your attention quickly.
