I switched over to them a year ago and can not be happier.

from what happened, you all now can clearly see that there is a need to reevaluate the way projects are tackled at BP.See this as an opportunity for improvement, so that any update, money and effort you put into a system (BPForums) gets a predicted ROI, even if that ROI simply is happier users of your forum.

The flat fee broker has no concerns with investing, they have focused on this exact issue so it's not an issue for their agents.I think I may be happier how this worked out, I'm more the loan wolf type and this allows me to  run my own business out of my house which was my goal anyways.  

Since it seems you're overwhelmed right now, I suspect you might be happier focusing on debt investments.

They get to personalize the property to their own taste which actually makes them happier in the long run. 

But I'm also happier than I've been in a long time, I'm learning a ton every day, and I hope to buy my first investment property soon.

It was a very bumpy transaction and our unit required a bit more reconditioning than initially expected, but we couldn't be happier.

Well I moved form a northern state 10 years ago and i can say as far as "quality of life" goes, North Carolina seems to be a happier place especially in the winter time!
