Franchise tax?

I'm looking for insight from those who have experience financing commercial real estate deals.Im looking at an auction for a property that is currently a restaurant owned by a group who open franchises across the US.

What does compliance cost, what does training cost, what does technology cost, what do the operations cost you--accounting, utilities, brokerage fees, franchise fees, etc., what does retaining the agents cost you? 

Today I got a letter called “Texas Notice of Intent to Forfeit Right to Transact Business-Estimated Franchise Tax” it says I owe $1,160.

Solutions that look promising are directly tied to a franchise.

I do have a good friend that owns a Keller Williams franchise down here and would be happy to introduce you when you are ready.

The location is good and it is a franchise business offering a triple net lease.   

Not aware of a PMC that covers nationwide.There are a few companies using the franchise model, but since each office is independently owned & operated, you'll likely experience varied levels of costs and service.

I turn 23 next year and the program I am involved in now prepares you to become an owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A franchise.
