The goal was two-fold: 1) increase rent by a slight amount to cover all expenses, and 2) provide a bit of a test to the tenants.

We are looking for a company that is capable of printing, folding, filling, labeling, and bulk mailing.

We've had fair luck by getting new handymen from apps such as "handy" which we "test" handymen out and then pull the directly into our fold if we are impressed.

A family shows up on Sunday’s for a month straight and becomes friendly with the congregation, they show a contrite spirit and may even go up and openly repent of their misdeeds  in public , being the loving people we are ,we accept them into the fold as brothers and sisters but the reality is they will soon fall away and were never one of us so to speak .

Why is it so high (previous months were $140/mo on average, and in last 2 months it jumped almost 6-fold!)
