In this example, let’s say their kid flushed some objects down the toilet that requires a plumber to fix.

One of the states I would love to own a property in is New York, to be specific I would love to own a home in the Queens/flushing/Elmhurst area.

@John Boychuk I found out the pipes weren’t frozen, they have been flushing cigarette butts down the toilets so they are gone.

But in my home, my wife goes to the bathroom every hour, and flushes it at least twice when she goes.

Energy efficient rules are constantly being updated by states.. look at low flush toilets as well.

but it really just confuses the issue for most and especially all of us that have been in the HML trench's  it took a few years for all this to flush out as the company would say the 3k is not mandatory.. then others who call their closers say it is.. so who knows where the truth lies. but i think if we can believe a few posters they actually got funding.. 

They were very popular a few years ago and it was getting harder to find side flush toilets.
