Newbie Introduction from Vermont

Hi, my name is Ching Yeung, I'm new to BP's. I live close to the Montpelier, Vermont area. I am looking to get my first rental property or an air bnb in Vermont. I want to learn and grow from the experience of having my first property in my home state. Then I want to eventually move and get properties in warmer states in nice cities that are booming. One of the states I would love to own a property in is New York, to be specific I would love to own a home in the Queens/flushing/Elmhurst area. Lastly, my ultimate goal is to get properties out of seas and retire in a nice warm place.
