I was wondering if I can advertise my wholesale deal on Zillow or any outlet like Facebook marketplace without getting into any legal problems by doing this?

If it was something like leaving a machine on, improper stoarage of flamables, overloading an outlet, etc. there may be liability on the Tenants part.

Is hiring a different company from the lease agreement because the flowers and lawn were in terrible state, enough to be a breach of contract and enough to evict us? 

We repaired two broken windows, fixed their ceiling fan and replaced a burned outlet.

Here’s the thing the “extra bedroom” is quite smaller compared to the others and doesn’t have electrical outlets on the wall.

From my understanding, were you to not consider your "rent" in the equation, would be the amount left that you would need to pay as your share.It seems rather unfortunate as many podcasts and other outlets I read talk about how Duplexes and higher cover all the costs.
