Different ages , gender , interests , habits  , etc and expect things to go smoothly ?

As we know, Babyboomers are aging out.

You guys look around my age if not younger.  

I am young and he is of the retirement age, which is why it would work when we bought it.

So it really depends on the property location, age etc.
