I agree, that solidifying an opportunity inside the, to-be-built stadium would be a promising endeavor. 

When my sales skill memory bank was wiped clear some years ago, I endeavored to re-learn the prior skills and commit them to paper, not just memory.Yes, Barney helped me, while at a Jay Abraham event.
