I have done my first SFR and have a goal of acquiring 50 doors - reading your post is inspiring, and particularly helpful that you organized it on a timeline.

Just a one off, I use to have a marketing team and SEO/PPC at my fingertips, but for this property I don't Ok - I have a friend in marketing who could help out getting you organized and automated.

You can probably google "day labor center" in or around the city where you need work and find an organization.

Maybe it is not wrong, but it is definetly a shift in values of the greater organization.

With real estate, even if you have a great property manager, you will spend time purchasing the property, coordinating construction, responding to issues your PM escalates and organizing your taxes etc...The main benefit to real estate, when it comes down to it is leverage.

It’s a low income neighborhood with lots of development going on with non-profit organizations (Habit for humanity and Metonia) for the income range your looking for.  

They entail organizing several real estate-related processes, such as finance, remodeling, and property management.
