My kids attend a school that has a very diverse population of children, I’m taking the richest to the poorest, it gets a terrible ranking, but my kids are getting a decent education.

Relatively affordable, diverse.

I was just curious how outside people view California and the diversity that the current investors here have been implementing.

They are diverse with property location and the type properties they manage.

There are a few reasons I am interested in the SoCal market, it is a large growing market with diverse inventories, it is familiar to me after growing up in the area, and my family and life are all near by.

The diversity in comments above lets me know that a) matching is difficult, and a range of pricing. 

It offers strong cash flow and COC ROI but it also has a diverse and modern economy.
