I've been looking for the past year and it's difficult to digest someone selling a 3/3 for $650k when they purchased it in 2020 for $250k.  

Just read everything you can and you will find a ton of info for you to digest.

All of the biggerpockets books that I've read and much of the information that I've digested so far didn't really help me narrow down a particular area based on where I reside.
