Hi @Nina Erlandson, yes we just had our last one last Wednesday and we were talking about the new Spanish housing law in Spain (nueva ley de la vivienda). 

Investors are presenting deals all around the Bay Area as well as out of state deals.

As for how you present the deal, just give us the facts, where the deal is located, how much you need, what you want to do with it, how you'll be profitable.

While some say the handwritten look adds a certain authenticity, a well-designed sign with a clean logo could attract a different segment of sellers who may prefer dealing with someone who presents themselves professionally.

1) How to present to the city council. 2) Time required to get basic work done for rezoning and survey. 3) Doing it all with 2 small children and being the primary care taker in my family.
