It's ironic I'd bet if any of the tenants knew that another person at their job was doing the same work for 20% more money then they would demand a raise.

I just do not understand why someone would demand a paper check from his employer and then pay fees to check cashing places rather than getting a bank account.

my tenants demand a dishwasher. i can't rent a house without them. they are cheap, around $300. if they last 2 yrs, i am happy. takes 15 mins to change out.

On the other hand, I acknowledge all offers, let the buyer's agent know should the seller wish to counter or reject I will also forward that immediately, and forward them to the owner....but if a buyer's agent tries to "demand" a response, and starts the "I'll call your broker routine" I remind them that the owner is not obligated to respond, I'll forward it if he does, here's my broker's cell number, but in the mean time you're going to the bottom of the callback list and "have a good life", in other words.....

I don't know the land above and maybe it has some redeeming value that is not apparent but usually a note investor buying that note would DEMAND a return in excess of 20% apr.. only a newb would buy that note at a 10% apr..

Fully performing buildings tend to demand a premium, unless they're in foreclosure (only found one of those so far!).
